My journey to creating Seeking the Sacred has been a winding path of my own pilgrimage and creating a way for others to have their own sacred experiences. 
It all began with my discovery of the labyrinth in 1997 and my decision to become a labyrinth facilitator at Veriditas in San Francisco.  Lauren Artress was just beginning to take pilgrims to the labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral and I volunteered to assist Veriditas in making that happen. I fell in love, with Chartres, the cathedral and the idea of creating the opportunity for people to transform their lives by having sacred experiences. 

As I began to develop the concept of my own offerings, I was clear I wasn’t interested in just being a tour guide who took people on trips to lovely places.  I want to do that and much more.  I believe deeply that the sacred places we hear and read about hold the possibility of spiritual awakenings and connections to our past and a renewed sense of connection to forgotten parts of ourselves.

We have taken trips to Chartres, France, Glastonbury, England, and Jerusalem.  Our experiences have been enhanced by guidance from women who have a remarkable sense of the pilgrimage as a journey.  Each presenter has brought her unique gifts that have brought us to a place of awakening and wonder.
Our focus has shifted a bit over the years but we are still devoted to bringing pilgrims to Chartres.  Over the next few years we will be looking at journeying to Spain and Ireland.

I am honored and delighted to be creating adventures for us to experience together.  May our paths be filled with blessings.

Tricia Kibbe has been facilitating sacred experiences domestically and internationally since 1999. Interweaving spirituality and the magic of exploration, and with participant comfort foremost, her tours create pilgrimages to remember.  Her intimate knowledge of the labyrinth has drawn many to visit Chartres and Glastonbury with her, and many other sacred sites await.
